We require a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist who can work as a subcontractor with our Blacktown, Sydney team to assist in the performance of their duties.
Responsibilities
Discussing and promoting Right at Home -Home care services with potential clients and enquirers.
Conducting the client's Physiotherapy assessment in the Client's Home.
Supervision, Monitoring and training of care staff where required.
Making assessments of the Client's physical conditions.
Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of the Client.
Pain Management.
Educating clients, family members, and the Community on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
Referring the Client to doctors and other medical practitioners if required.
Qualifications
Empathetic, passionate, and caring.
Physiotherapist with a minimum of a year of experience.
Understanding of the Aged Care - Home Care System.
A client focus, which is based on their goals, preferences, and needs.
Demonstrated computer skills.
Able to recommend Mobility Aids if required, according to the Client's Condition.
Ability to travel from one client to another.
Able to Provide Assessment notes for each client after the physio session.
