Documentation & Compliance Coordinator
Salary: Up to $115,000 Salary Package| Hours: 35-hour week + RDO every 3 weeks WFH Flex:Negotiable up to 3 days per week

Hudson Recruitment is seeking a Documentation & Compliance Coordinator to join a critical internal service function that manages the legal and governance requirements for a key local organisation. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in operational effectiveness, overseeing core documentation, and streamlining processes that support a governing body and its executive.
What You Will Do:
* Core Documentation Management: Lead the production, review, and finalisation of critical business documents, including preparing extensive Agendas, Business Papers, and Minutes for the governing body and its committees/trust.
* Policy & Compliance Oversight: Assist with the development, implementation, and review of departmental policies and work practices, and coordinate the compilation of the Annual Report.
* Executive Support: Provide an efficient and confidential administrative service, including managing follow-up actions and ensuring high-level administrative tasks are completed to standard.
* Contract & Risk Support: Assist with the more complex contract reviews and support the Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC).
* Team Leadership: Supervise and direct a small team (Governance Officer and Clerical Officer) to ensure high-quality, timely outputs.
What You Will Bring:
* Expert Writing Skills: A genuine ability to be "great with words". You must be skilled at reviewing and drafting policies and reports with Exceptional attention to detail.
* Administrative Experience: Previous, relevant administrative experience at an equivalent level, ideally supporting a governing body, board, or executive-level committees, or working in a legal/compliance-based environment.
* Tech Proficiency: High-level skills with the Microsoft Office suite and ideally exposure to an electronic records management or agenda management system.
* Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of applicable Acts and Regulations relevant to the public sector, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation.
Compensation and Location:
* Salary: Up to $115,000 Salary Package

* Work/Life Balance: Enjoy a 35-hour work week and a Rostered Day Off (RDO) every three weeks.
Location: This role is required to be based full-time in Moree
