We are seeking a qualified and quality driven
Administrator to represent an internationally recognised Facilities Management brand.
This is a
broad and
varied position where you play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the facilities manager and operations team. This is the perfect prospect for someone wanting to
step away from a traditional admin role and develop your career with a global organisation.
Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for internal and external customers
Delegate and allocate work orders as required
Administration tasks such as work order management, raising of purchase orders and invoice processing
Ensure office supplies, stationery etc. are stocked and replenished
Role requirements include:
Strong experience in an administrative role:
Demonstrated high quality written and verbal communication skills:
Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite
Robust attention to detail and someone who pride themselves in their output:
Positive team player and customer focused attitude
