Job Title: Orange Door Practitioner
The Orange Door Practitioner plays a pivotal role in providing intake support to vulnerable families, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children and families experiencing family violence.
This dynamic position involves actively managing a caseload, delivering quality responses, screening, triage, assessment, crisis responses, service planning, targeted interventions, allocation and coordinated referrals. You will also work collaboratively to support integrated risk assessment and planning, referring clients to services within the broader system.

Key requirements for this position include a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification, experience in child, youth, and families welfare, well-developed risk assessment and management skills, understanding of the MARAM Framework and Best Interests Principles, and a valid driver's license.
