As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in preparing and executing exceptional dishes, bringing your expertise and creativity to ensure impeccable quality.
Your skills will enable you to oversee production across various kitchens of the hotel. In banqueting, you will help orchestrate extraordinary meals for major events; in restaurant outlets, you will create dishes that embody the concept of the assigned restaurant.

Summary of Responsibilities
Reporting to the Outlet Culinary Manager, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provide professional, welcoming, and engaging service at all times
* Deliver thoughtful, attentive, and courteous service to guests while supporting colleagues
* Follow all hygiene and food safety policies of the property (HACCP) when handling food and beverages
* Ensure consistency in all dish preparation and adherence to hotel recipes and standards
* Commit to quality, discretion, and complete honesty
* Maintain a professional attitude, smile, and composure at all times
* Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
* Comply with ergonomic and health & safety work standards and sanitation regulations
* Adhere to departmental and company policies, procedures, and service standards
* Perform any other duties as assigned
* Contribute creatively to menu development
* Participate in proper food rotation, labeling, and storage to minimize costs
* Offer suggestions to increase food revenue and provide solutions for food cost control
* Communicate daily with outlet chefs to gather guest feedback
* Continuously strive to improve dish preparation and presentation
* Ensure proper product rotation in all cold storage areas
* Demonstrate speed and efficiency in execution
* Have thorough knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, their preparation, and promotions
Qualificações
Qualifications
* 6 to 7 years of experience including apprenticeship
* Strong command of the Portuguese language
* Culinary diploma or equivalent proven experience
* Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel & renowned restaurants is an asset
* Knowledge, application, and supervision of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
* Passion for culinary arts
* Highly responsible and reliable
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Creative and inventive approach to tasks
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle last-minute changes
* Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible and available for varied schedules
* Well-groomed, polished, and conscientious presentation
