Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator
About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Administrator to join our team. As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the site management team
- Manage rosters and time attendance systems
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve site goals and objectives
Requirements
* Strong INX, SAMS, SAP, RMS or similar site system experience is essential
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a FIFO Site Administrator
* Excellent communication skills, as you will be working front of house and passion for hospitality and customer services is required
* Experience supporting rostering and time & attendance
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office package
* The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a hands on role
* Class C, Manual Driver's License
* Able to pass a medical and drug screen
* Must have RSA/Barista
