Position Overview Develop, update, and deliver comprehensive training programmes to staff across the UK.
Conduct monthly and quarterly training sessions, ensure all employees are current with company processes, and provide induction training to new staff.
Responsibilities Deliver engaging new start induction training for staff onboarding Conduct monthly training schedules to keep staff up to date with company processes Develop and update training materials in line with company updates and amendments Travel to staff locations across the UK to deliver on site training Act as a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for the company Support business development initiatives through effective training programmes Collaborate with management to build and maintain a robust training regime Assist with probation sign off and provide valuable input on employee performance Candidate Profile Proven experience in training development and delivery Strong background in field training and training management Excellent communication skills Friendly and approachable demeanor Train the Trainer certification (desirable) Full UK driving licence Benefits 23 days annual leave (excluding BH and including Christmas shutdown) Healthcare benefits after 6 month probationary period Company wellbeing days Room for flexibility, some remote working We are looking to hire immediately, so apply today
