Site Manager – Commercial New Build
Design & Build Recruitment is working with a QLD based tier 3 construction company seeking a Northside based site manager to run a $30M mixed‑use commercial full D&C; project. Permanent and long‑term position with other projects in the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations, safety, quality, & subcontractors
- Develop and implement construction schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality
- Foster a positive, high performing, & collaborative working environment
- Keep on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial new build projects $10M+
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices
- Excellent leadership
- Adept at problem‑solving and decision‑making in a fast‑paced construction environment
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
- Values teamwork and camaraderie
