Days required: 4 to 5 days per week
Wages: $30 to $36 per hour based on experience
Job Description
* Assist our Clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients.
* Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
* Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
* Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
* Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
* Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general and booking enquiries, record keeping, payment & insurance processing.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in dental procedures and familiarity with dental terminology.
* Experience using dental software systems.
* Demonstrates empathy and a caring nature towards patients' needs and concerns.
* Possesses a friendly, positive, and flexible attitude, contributing to a welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues.
* Understanding of hygiene and infection control procedures to uphold clinic standards.
* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
