The role involves various administrative tasks such as compiling and maintaining task documentation, generating job sheets, and tracking Defence access requirements.
You will also provide general administrative support to the team, contributing to smooth project delivery.

Duties:
Compile and maintain task documentation including Job Packs, SWMS, CAPA reports, and Objective Quality Evidence (OQE).
Generate and manage workshop job sheets, quotes, and survey data, ensuring accuracy across all relevant registers and databases.
Track and monitor Defence access requirements such as DCAC expiries, DOA access, site inductions, and staff licenses/qualifications.
Provide general administrative support to the team, contributing to smooth project delivery.
Identify and assist with the implementation of improvements to administrative systems and processes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
