Your day-to-day will be varied but is likely to consist of:Case bookingsLiaising with reps, couriers and hospitalsLoan set and consignment set replenishmentsChasing and executing on Purchase OrdersYou’ll work with a small, collaborative group in a comfortable office environment.If you’re sick of repetition or being “siloed” to one function (inbound or despatch) and want to “own” the case process from taking the booking through to billing the hospital (and everything logistical in between), this is a great role for you!About YouYou have experience working in the Medical Device industry and are familiar with many standard processes and operating systems.You are detail-oriented ad have the ability to work in an organised and timely manner with excellent attention to detailYou have good computer literacy and have experience working with different software packages including Microsoft Excel and a database or ERP systemYou are a true team player and like working as part of a group to achieve an outcomeYou are a problem solver and know that, sometimes, the answer isn’t black and white.
