About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the automotive dealership as a full‑time Customer Support Specialist. Reporting to the Dealership Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the dealerships located in Benalla and Mansfield, Victoria.


What you'll be doing

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Dealership Manager and the sales and service teams
2. Handling customer inquiries and managing correspondence in a professional and timely manner
3. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to vehicle sales, inventory, registrations and customer accounts
4. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
5. Coordinating schedules, appointments, and logistics for the dealership
6. Driving the Guest Experience by providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
7. Supporting the implementation of office procedures and processes to improve efficiency


What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in an automotive or retail environment
2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanour
4. Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
7. Willingness to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the business
