Our client, the Lifetime Support Authority (LSA), is the South Australian agency dedicated to delivering the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) – a no-fault insurance initiative providing lifelong treatment, care and support for people seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents on SA roads. Guided by a strong commitment to person-centred planning, innovation in service delivery and collaborative partnerships across the health and disability sectors, LSA is dedicated to helping participants achieve the best possible outcomes and live fulfilling lives by funding and coordinating tailored treatment, care and support services.
Position
The critically important opportunity has emerged for the appointment of a Director Corporate to provide executive oversight of LSA’s Finance and Analytics, Procurement, IT and Business Intelligence, and Governance and Legal functions. Reporting to the Chief Executive, and pivotal in strengthening organisational capability and resilience, ensuring robust governance and driving innovation across corporate services, the Director Corporate will play a key role in shaping strategic direction and enabling long-term sustainability, positioning the organisation to successfully navigate its anticipated growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
Leading the development and execution of strategic and business plans, the Director Corporate will oversee financial management and reporting, enhance business intelligence capabilities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, manage enterprise risk and drive project delivery aligned with organisational priorities, while fostering a high-performance culture through effective leadership and mentoring.
Profile
Interest is sought from experienced, influential and commercially astute executives with proven ability leading diverse and complex portfolios. As a member of the Executive team, you will bring a strategic mindset and a collaborative, consultative approach to shaping organisational direction and facilitating robust, high-level discussions. Success will be further underpinned by a relevant tertiary qualification, experience within the public sector, insurance, health or disability industries, and curiosity, adaptability and a commitment to enhancing individual and organisational capability.
