Are you passionate about helping people and making a real difference in your community? We're currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team in a full-time temporary capacity.
As a Customer Service Centre Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for residents reaching out to Council—whether in person, over the phone, via email or online. Your role is all about delivering a positive, efficient, and professional experience, helping people access the services and support they need.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have experience in busy, customer-facing roles
* Can juggle multiple tasks while staying calm, organised, and focused
* Communicate clearly and empathetically with a wide range of people
* Bring accuracy and professionalism to handling financial transactions
* Have strong time management skills and a solutions-focused mindset
Available positions:
1 x 12-month full-time parental leave cover
3 x 4-month full-time contracts
Competitive salary of $74,784 – $79,254 + 11.5% super and a monthly Accrued Day Off (ADO)
