Role Overview
The Head of College is accountable for the leadership and management of the College.
* Leadership: Oversees programs, finances, assets, human resources and major projects
* Collaboration: Builds a strong leadership team, delegates effectively, and supports young people in their educational journey
* Communication: Communicates with stakeholders, demonstrates strategic thinking and planning, and delivers outcomes
Responsibilities:
* Strategy Implementation: Implements strategies, policies and decisions to drive College outcomes
* Performance Management: Oversees program performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements corrective actions
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications related to educational leadership
* NESA Accreditation and WWCC (or eligibility to gain)
* Appropriate qualifications and experience outlined above
