Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery and account queries
* Assist with pick‐packing orders to ensure timely delivery
* Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals
Skills and Experience
* Experience in customer service or sales preferred
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
* Mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of bearings and power transmission considered advantageous
* A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed
