Perth Duty Free (Airport) – Beauty Advisor | Full Time & Part Time

We are currently recruiting for Beauty Advisor roles for our high-end brands, including:
* PUIG - Full Time (38 hours per week)
* MAC - Full Time (38 hours per week)
* Haute Perfumery (2 positions) - Full Time/Part Time

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
* Provide a complete shopping experience by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases with enthusiasm and professionalism.
* Provide product information, demonstrate features, and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
* Maintain the visual appeal of the store and ensure products are stocked and displayed effectively.
* Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Actively participate in product trainings.
* Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
About You
* Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
* Proven ability to consult and educate customers
* Experience in selling cosmetics, skin care and perfumes is highly desirable
* Team and customer-focused
* Success in working to KPIs and targets
* A professional and vibrant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
* Must hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one
* Merchandising and counter management experience is valuable
* Beauty-related certifications is a plus
