About Our Role
This position is responsible for controlling and monitoring full goods inventory, maintaining stock integrity and minimising discrepancies.
* Inventory Management: Control and monitor full goods inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and minimising losses.
* Investigation and Mitigation: Investigate and mitigate inventory issues, including potential out-of-stock events and durability concerns.
* Distribution Centre Liaison: Liaise closely with Distribution Centre teams to ensure effective execution of inventory strategies.
* Product Returns: Process regional and metro product returns, coordinating with carriers, transport teams, and DC staff to ensure smooth handling and resolution.
* NCRs and Quality Control: Manage NCRs and Quality Control Issues for damaged or non-compliant stock, following through with internal teams to close them out.
* Destruction Loads: Oversee destruction loads and maintain compliance with destruction protocols.
* Reporting: Generate and compile regular reporting to support inventory accuracy, capacity planning, and national logistics alignment.
Requirements
* Workplace Health & Safety: Applied knowledge of WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) and COR (Chain of Responsibility)
* SAP Experience: Experience with SAP EWM and SAP ECC
* Microsoft Experience: Microsoft experience
* Prioritisation: Ability to Prioritise workload to meet deadlines
* FMC Knowledge: Knowledge of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) appropriate warehouse processes
