Your Role
We're looking for a passionate Occupational Health Nurse to join our Safety & Sustainability Wellbeing team. This part-time role (30.4 hours/week), based in Padstow, offers flexibility across 4–5 days and involves occasional travel to various NSW business locations.
You'll support the health and wellbeing of employees across sales, manufacturing, logistics, retail, and office teams. Working closely with HR and Safety, both onsite and remotely, you'll deliver meaningful care and contribute to a safe, supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
This role offers a combination of autonomy and support; you will join our close-knit team of nurses across Australia. You will manage the health and wellbeing of our employees by demonstrating care and ensuring all are managed in accordance with DuluxGroup values and behaviours and the relevant legislative requirements.
* Manage the site Occupational Health Centre, including coordinating calibration of medical equipment.
* Assess and provide outcomes for pre-employment medicals.
* Coordinate and conduct health surveillance.
* Support the rehabilitation of injured employees.
* Develop plans to support workers' gradual return to full roles and health.

Skills and Experience
To succeed, you should be a Registered Nurse with relevant occupational health qualifications, hold a current unrestricted AHPRA practicing certificate, and have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Additional skills include:
* Spirometry training (Thoracic Society of Aus/NZ)
* Workplace screening (Audiometry & Hearing Conservation certificate)
* Ability to work autonomously following medical guidelines, policies, and procedures
* Strong recent knowledge in health surveillance and assessments, including operating medical equipment
* Experience with injury management and return-to-work strategies
* Knowledge of Workers' Compensation Insurance Legislation
* Experience in drug and alcohol testing/management (desirable)
