Job Description

We are seeking a switched on, motivated, and confident Casual Customer Support Consultant to join our existing team based in Essendon Fields, Victoria. This role is designed to offer true flexibility and fantastic work‐life balance, allowing you to manage your other activities, family, or study commitments. The Role

You will be responsible for providing critical support to our client's Guarding Services team. You will handle customer service, administrative tasks, and email communications, answering a variety of enquiries from client team members and accounts across Australia.

* Round‐the‐Clock Availability: We require readiness to be rostered within our 24/7, 365‐day contact centre environment, covering shifts across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Flexible Shift Capacity: Capacity to work extended shifts, up to 12 hours, when required.
* Training Investment: Availability to attend one full week of paid full‐time training.
* Reliable Commute: Ability to safely and reliably commute to our Essendon Fields office for all scheduled shifts.
* Eligible for Work: Applicants must hold current citizenship, residency, or full‐time work rights for this role (with availability to work 38 hours per week).
* Clear documentation: Must supply two recent work referees and complete a prepaid Fit‐2‐Work National Criminal History Check.
