Role Overview
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure maximum availability of mobile plant and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
* Assist in the preparation, presentation, and implementation of project plans and conceptual studies.
* Plan and coordinate monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance scheduling activities related to mobile plant.
* Plan, coordinate, and schedule personnel and resources according to maintenance reports.
* Assist in coordinating maintenance shutdown activities related to mobile plant and scheduling activities.
* Ensure full statutory and safety compliance of all maintenance activities.
About You
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner with:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role within open-pit hard-rock mining.
* Extensive practical knowledge and experience in JDE.
* Detailed knowledge of maintenance on large mining mobile plant.
* Proven experience with implementing business and continuous improvement projects.
* Demonstrated experience with scheduling for servicing, preventative maintenance, repair estimate forecasting, and budgeting of recurring repairs, inspection of repairs, and maintaining safety standards.
