Overview
Carlton Railway Medical Centre and Carlton UCC are seeking an experienced Lead Nurse. This prospect is for a robust clinical leader to oversee both our GP and on-site urgent care clinic, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will lead a dedicated and supportive team within a well-established, multicultural clinic.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the nursing team across GP and urgent care services
* Oversee day‐to‐day clinical operations and workflow efficiency
* Work collaboratively with GPs and allied health professionals
About You
* AHPRA registration (RN)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in general practice
* Previous Lead Nurse experience
* Solid leadership and team management skills
