The Opportunity
This is a dual role combining Sales Associate responsibilities with Personal Assistant support to a high-performing director. The Director leads a team that consistently raises the bar in marketing quality and delivers six-star service from start to finish.

What You’ll Bring
* 1–2 years’ experience in real estate sales/ BDM or PM (local area highly regarded)
* Energetic, driven, and proactive mindset
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to support a busy Principal
* Fluent in Mandarin
* Passion for generating sales and building client relationships
* Live within 10km of the office
Your Role
* Support the Principal with daily PA and administrative tasks
* Prospect, generate and manage sales opportunities
* Assist with campaigns, appraisals, buyer management & follow-ups
* Contribute to a high-energy, team-focused environment
