Responsibilities
* Provide first-class customer service to international travelers by buying and selling foreign currency.
* Service customer inquiries and secure FX deals.
* Build customer rapport and encourage repeat business.
* Perform daily branch duties.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
* Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
* A flair for sales and the ability to promote services while working towards targets.
* Self-motivated with an energetic attitude and adherence to procedures.
* Ability to work under pressure.
