We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Parts Manager to lead the Toyota and Isuzu Ute Parts Departments at our Muswellbrook and Scone branches.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Senior Parts Interpreter or Parts Manager ready to continue their leadership journey. You'll be supported by a strong management team, established systems, and a culture that values integrity, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the Toyota and Isuzu UTE Parts Departments.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled Parts Interpreters.
* Manage inventory, stock procurement, and supplier relationships.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and trade clients.
* Ensure accurate and timely quoting, ordering, and distribution of parts.
* Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets, and departmental targets.
* Maintain full compliance with manufacturer requirements and warranty procedures.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Parts / Store Manager or Senior Parts Interpreter.
* Strong leadership skills with excellent people management abilities.
* Customer‑focused with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
* Highly organised with strong inventory management capabilities.
* Proficiency with TUNE dealership management software is highly regarded.
* Current and valid driver's licence.
