As the Operations Manager your Key Role will be execution of day to day operation in line with business objectives.
Responsibilities include planning, controlling, coordinating departments, budgeting, quality control, and ensuring compliance. This role is crucial part of our business, requiring solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
This is a High impact role ensuring the smooth and effective running of our business and providing core support functions to enable high performance and outcomes.
Salary will be commensurate based on experience + Superannuation and Fully Maintained Vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations: Manage and improve daily activities to boost productivity and performance.
Strategic planning: Develop and implement operations strategies to meet company goals.
Resource management: Oversee company resources, including labour, raw materials, and capital.
Financial oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial health without compromising quality.
Quality control: Implement quality assurance protocols to prevent defects and meet customer requirements.
Staff management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, and maintain positive communication and high morale.
Risk and compliance management: Ensure operations comply with legal and health and safety standards.
