An established agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained portfolio of 250 properties, supported by a dedicated PM Assistant. This is a structured role suited to someone who values organisation, efficiency, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a residential portfolio of 250 properties with PM Assistant support
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently and cost-effectively
* Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and prepare reports as required (with PM support)
* Manage arrears and oversee lease renewals
* Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures
* Handle general portfolio administration
About you
* Previous property management experience (essential)
* Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
* Professional presentation and positive attitude
* Current driver's licence
* Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence (highly desirable)
* Available for occasional Saturdays (1 in every 6–8 weeks roster)
