* Provide general advice and support to deliver business outcomes, drive performance and create a positive workplace culture
* Offer solutions and options in line with best practice, policies and legislation for employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment, payroll, work health & safety and administration
* Coach and guide managers on taking ownership of people matters while considering best practice, legal obligations and ethical standards
* Contribute to the development and implementation of various human resources projects and initiatives

About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively. Required qualifications and skills include:

* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
* Ideal experience includes 2-3 years in an HR generalist role (e.g. HR Officer, Coordinator or Advisor)
* Strong relationship building skills and ability to quickly form rapport with a variety of stakeholders
* Understanding of Fair Work legislation and Modern Awards
* Excellent problem solving and communication skills
