Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing merchandisers, driving sales growth, and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory through winning in-store and executing a commercial plan.

This role requires a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
* Build strong relationships within your portfolio of customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with stand-alone and multi-site customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
* Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
* Manage casual merchandisers within your territory.
* Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.

Regional Travel Requirements:

The Territory Sales Manager role requires consistent monthly travel within your defined territory. You will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.
