The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude and ability to diagnose hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. They should be able to install, service, and repair photocopiers and multifunction devices.
* Installation and servicing of photocopiers and related office equipment
* Detection and troubleshooting of technical problems
* Performance of routine maintenance and servicing tasks
* Carrying out electronic and technical repairs on office equipment
* Support for device deliveries, installations, and site setups
* Providing technical support to customers
