Your new role
Seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our expanding HR team. You will support and work closely with the HR Coordinator. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Recruitment Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, and campaigns.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement mass hiring plans with clear timelines, goals, and resources.
* Candidate Screening & Selection: Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews for technical skills and cultural fit.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
* Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
What you will need to succeed
* Strong customer focus
* Proven background in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, or Agency Recruiting
* Experience running full-cycle recruitment
* Similar industry experience (preferred)
* 2 years' experience in the same role or similar
