Intro Recruitment is proudly partnering with a leading commercial construction business who specializes in the education projects. This organisation work predominantly with Queensland Government and institutional clients. Due to an internal movement within the company, our client is looking to appoint an experienced
**Project Coordinator.**
Essentially, you will be supporting the Construction Managers to coordinate and monitor project activities, its administrations, plans, and programs.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Provide high level project support to the project team
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Assist with the developed project plans, documents, and resource strategies
- Coordinate schedule project activities
- Collate and distribute reports and correspondence
- Arrange travel and accommodation for project resources
- Process invoices, prepare requisitions, goods receipts and raise purchase orders
- General administration and ordering of stationery and staff amenities
- Required to operate in an office and a field based environment pending project requirements
- Understand the compliance needs with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and practices
**About you**:
- Minimum of 2 years' of project administration experience
- Previous exposure to Construction is preferred
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and organisation
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities
- Understanding of WHS requirements and Quality assurance
- Flexibility to meet changing project demands and requirements
