Delivering exceptional results requires:
* A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly;
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude;
* Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – desirable but not essential;
* Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene;
* Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people;
* Able to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
