As a key member of our organization, you will lead the development of new business opportunities with a defined group of customers in Western Australia. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of the industry, with the ability to identify specific application understanding and work through multiple facets of customer requirements to offer viable solutions. They will also be able to demonstrate a resilient and self-motivated approach to finding solutions, as well as high emotional intelligence and developed communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business development efforts for a defined group of customers.
* Act as primary customer contact and own the customer relationship.
* Provide a conduit between Epiroc's invested business disciplines and customer operating sites and corporate teams.
