Key Requirements
* Solid experience in Compliance or legal role preferably in a regulatory environment;
* Strong working knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks, particularly in a Compliance role;
* Compliance and project experience in large organisational transformation programs would be advantageous;
* Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work autonomously and resolve competing priorities;
* Poise and ability to act calmly with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters;
* Commercially astute with skills to influence and offer pragmatic advice underpinned by sound Compliance management principles;
* Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to develop and maintain high quality interpersonal relationships;
What You Can Expect
As a Compliance Specialist, you will lead compliance obligation mapping, identify risks, and embed effective risk mitigants. You will take ownership of this work while providing expert compliance advice on a key project, managing obligations, and reviewing member-facing materials.
