**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct guided tours for Japanese-speaking visitors, ensuring an enjoyable and educational experience.
- Provide detailed explanations about landmarks, history, and culture in an engaging manner.
- Assist tourists with inquiries, translation, and cultural understanding.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the journey.
- Coordinate with drivers and tour coordinators to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle unexpected situations professionally, including itinerary changes or emergencies.
- Promote positive guest experiences and address any concerns with professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in **Japanese** (native or advanced proficiency) and **English**.
- Previous experience as a tour guide, or a strong background in hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of Australia's key tourist attractions, culture, and history.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage groups and maintain a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
- Valid Australian driver's license (preferred but not required).
- First aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
