High-level administrative and secretarial support is provided to senior management within the Information and Business Intelligence Division. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, ensuring project timeliness, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily operations and manage official communication for senior staff
* Monitor project progress and provide timely updates
* Prepare meeting materials, record minutes, and track action items for key committees
* Arrange travel, process expense claims, and facilitate new staff onboarding
