Clinical Nurse Specialist Rehabilitation
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation of patients in our General Ward. This 47-bed ward caters to a diverse range of admissions, including medical and surgical patients.
The successful candidate will possess advanced clinical knowledge and skills, with a strong focus on critical thinking and problem-solving. As a leader in patient care, you will be responsible for developing standards of practice, implementing changes to clinical protocols, and delivering quality improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care that aligns with the Ramsay Way philosophy of 'People Caring for People'. You will also contribute to the education of all clinical staff through department orientation, in-servicing, and clinical competence programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the delivery of quality patient care, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
* Develop and implement evidence-based clinical nursing practices to improve patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in rehabilitation specialty as a Registered Nurse.
* Post-graduate qualification, same or working towards.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
