About the Role We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our expanding Tasmanian team, based in Launceston. This role is busy, collaborative, and rewarding, offering opportunities to:
Assist with recovery, return to work, and life after injury or illness; Conduct assessments and case management across various client portfolios; Support clients to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical expertise; Develop leadership skills and mentor team members through development and training; Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes. About You Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist (with relevant membership); Minimum 2 years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation; Current Police Clearance and Working with Vulnerable People Check; Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal); Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities; Honesty, integrity, team attitude, and positivity; Commitment to continuous improvement.
