**LOCATION**: Ipswich Australia**SALARY**: Up to $120,000 depending on experience - OTE $170,000 AUD plus Car allowance

- The successful Recruitment Branch Manager will have the opportunity to continue to build upon the success of the established office in Brisbane.
- In return our client offers the successful Recruitment Branch Manager, the prospect to earn a leading industry commission as a token of their appreciation for the Recruitment Branch Manager's hard work, as well as ongoing training, development and 1-2-1 support.**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Responsible for managing the whole recruitment cycle for the office
- Supporting your Team of 5 Recruitment Consultants in order for them to be successful in their roles
- Identifying & winning new business and clients by cold calling, following leads and networking your contacts
- Building an ongoing client relationships through regular meetings and campaigns
- Ongoing internal recruitment for your own team, as the Brisbane office continues to grow
- Full profit and loss responsibility for your $10M turnover branch
- Ensuring that all compliance records are correct and up-to-date
**YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE**:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Recruitment leadership role
- Experience in profit and loss activity in excess of $3M upwards
- A strong ethic for business development to continue to successfully grow our clients office in Brisbane
