We're now seeking a motivated Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our team.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer support.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers — greeting visitors, managing calls, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the workshop team.
You'll play an essential role in keeping daily operations running efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reception – answer and direct phone calls, greet walk-in clients, and deliver excellent customer service.
Coordinate customer bookings and support workflow scheduling.
Provide regular updates to customers and support communication with internal teams.
Monitor and respond to administration emails.
Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Support invoicing and general office duties as required.
Work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
About You
Strong work ethic — reliable, punctual, and professional.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel essential).
A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Experience in a similar reception or administrative role (automotive industry experience desirable but not essential).
