Looking to join a team where no two days are the same, and your coordination skills help keep essential industries moving?
Our client, a respected leader in the fuel logistics sector, is seeking an energetic and solutions-focused Scheduler to join their high-performing operations team. This is your chance to step into a role where your decisions directly impact critical services across Queensland and beyond.
Why You'll Love It:
* Industry that matters: You'll be supporting essential fuel delivery operations, from terminals to end-users — including major transport networks, agriculture, retail, and emergency services.
* Modern tech + sharp team: Join a collaborative logistics crew using smart systems to deliver high-volume solutions with accuracy and care.
* Culture that clicks: The team is tight-knit, upbeat, and always up for a Friday lunch together — they value positivity, initiative, and having each other's backs.
* Work-life balance: Potential one day work from home once you've mastered the ropes.
* Real impact + variety: Be part of an essential service where your ability to juggle moving parts truly matters — and is appreciated.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Schedule and coordinate bulk fuel deliveries across QLD and northern NSW, aligning drivers, routes, and timing for smooth execution.
* Act as the central point of communication between drivers, customers, and operations staff.
* Monitor deliveries in real time, resolve unexpected delays or changes, and keep things running safely and efficiently.
* Maintain compliance with transport regulations, fatigue management, and Chain of Responsibility.
* Participate in the rotating after-hours on-call support (approx. one week every two months), helping drivers with occasional issues or late-night guidance.
* One day a week or fortnight working from the Burleigh office, to maintain an already well established connection with the local team of drivers.
Who You Are:
* Experienced in logistics, dispatch, or scheduling — ideally in transport or fuel, but open to high performers from related industries.
* Confident communicator who builds rapport easily and keeps cool under pressure.
* Tech-savvy and organised, with a head for planning and problem-solving.
* Energetic and engaging — someone who contributes to a positive, supportive team vibe.
* Comfortable in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and quick thinking is key.
