Occupational Therapist
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our home care team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.
* This is a permanent part-time role involving travel across Rockingham, Mandurah, Peel and surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for completing and managing OT referrals across home and centre-based services, planning and delivering individual or group therapy programs, educating clients on safe use of aids and equipment, collaborating with Therapy Assistants and attending multidisciplinary meetings.
* You must have full unrestricted registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
