CELOTTI WORKFORCE are currently seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join a well-established, locally owned Darwin organisation operating across construction, property development and hospitality sectors. This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing finance team within a growing multi-entity business, where financial discipline and accurate reporting are critical to operations. You will play a key role in safeguarding financial integrity across the organisation, ensuring reporting is accurate, compliant and delivered to the highest standard, while supporting senior leadership with financial insights and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness Support and coordinate external audits, including preparation of required documentation Prepare and review BAS, FBT and IAS returns in accordance with ATO requirements Manage journal entries, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations Maintain fixed asset registers and asset governance processes Support financial performance analysis, variance reporting and business insights Ensure compliance with taxation, payroll and superannuation obligations Work collaboratively with internal departments and external stakeholders including auditors and banking partners Support ERP system oversight and financial systems management Our Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CA or CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred Strong knowledge of AASB and IFRS accounting standards Demonstrated experience in a Senior Financial Accountant or similar role Experience working in multi-entity environments Background in construction, property development or project-based industries highly regarded Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities What on Offer Salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 Super Opportunity to work within a high-performing finance team Exposure to a diverse multi-industry organisation Career development and growth opportunities Apply: If you believe you’re the right person for this role, please click APPLY, or contact Rachel from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 0489 264 602 or send your resume to rachel.v@celotti.com.au.
