Social Media & Content Specialist
to take full ownership of their social channels. You'll be the creative mind, the strategist, and the personality behind the content. This is a fully remote role (anywhere in Australia) and an opportunity to have real creative influence from day one.
Responsibilities
Run social across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
Create and execute pre-launch hype: teasers, countdowns, UGC, and creator collabs
Write captions, brief visuals, and produce your own content (video, photo, stories)
Use insights and analytics to drive smarter content and engagement decisions
Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to keep messaging consistent
Own the content calendar and adjust based on performance
Build an authentic community - not just posting, but connecting
Qualifications / About you
2+ years' experience in social or content strategy and execution, ideally within lifestyle or beauty
Confident on TikTok and Instagram with a proven understanding of what drives engagement
Portfolio, links, or social accounts that showcase your work
A creative thinker who's also metrics-aware - comfortable with insights or eager to learn
Organised, proactive, and confident working remotely
Skilled with filming, lighting
Skilled in video editing, Canva, and/or working with influencers and UGC creators
