Ozlocal is an Australian Managed Service Provider delivering IT services across various industries. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle Level 1/2 tickets for Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and hardware.
* Manage Microsoft 365 tenant migrations.
* Administer Intune policies, Teams, and OneDrive setups.
* Work with Atera for monitoring, ticketing, and remote access.
* Document solutions and update knowledge base.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working for an MSP or equivalent multi-client support environment.
* Strong skills in Microsoft 365 migrations and administration.
* RMM experience.
* Networking fundamentals.
* Strong troubleshooting methodology.
* Fluent English and good written communication.
* Australian work rights required.
