Hunter Mechanical is looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a fast paced and growing business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys variety in their day and can confidently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
You'll work closely with senior management in our automotive and 4WD business, helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role that will involve a mix of administration, scheduling, communication and operational support. No two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing calendars, appointments and schedules
* Coordinating meetings, travel and accommodation
* Assisting with inbox and phone management
* Preparing documents, reports and correspondence
* Liaising with staff, suppliers and customers
* Supporting day-to-day business operations
* Assisting with client follow-ups
* General administration and organisational support
About You
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Professional and well presented
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicating with people at all levels
* Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
* Self‐motivated and able to take initiative
* Experienced in administration or PA/EA roles
* Competent using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
* Automotive industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
