Receptionist
Our client, a large and well-established national accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a professional and polished Receptionist to manage the day-to-day operations of their Perth office.
This is a key front-of-house position where you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a high standard of service and a seamless office experience. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and practice support teams, as well as collaborate with administrative teams nationally.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys supporting a professional environment, and is looking to grow their career within a leading professional services firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet clients and visitors to the firm
* Answer and direct incoming calls and distribute messages
* Manage incoming mail, couriers and deliveries
* Ensure reception and front office areas are always clean and presentable
* Maintain and manage meeting room bookings
* Liaise with IT to report and follow up on any technical issues
* Monitor, order and re-stock office supplies
* Assist with organising internal and client events when required
* Maintain staff kitchen and common areas
* Liaise with building management and report facilities issues
* Ensure building signage is up to date and maintained
* Oversee office security systems
* Assist with tea and coffee service for clients and senior staff
* Organise catering for meetings and events
* Support the Executive Manager with ad hoc duties
* Provide general administrative and office support as required
About You
* Previous experience as a Receptionist, Concierge or Administrator
* Experience within a professional services or corporate environment highly regarded
* Immaculate presentation and professional communication style
* Strong client service focus
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
* Proactive, reliable and punctual
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
