**About the Role**
Due to continuous business growth, our client is seeking a motivated and proactive
**Internal Sales Coordinator **to join their dedicated team.
Working closely with Key Account Managers and as part of a vibrant and energetic team you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing product information as well as undertaking a variety of administrative support duties.

**Duties**:
- Outbound calls and arrangement of meetings with Account Management team
- Process quotations and sales orders
- Lead generation & cold calling
- Data entry and other administrative ad hoc duties
**Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar sales support and customer service role.
- Previous experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Experience in calendar and booking management.
- Experience in cold calling & telemarketing to a range of different customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Great team player
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
