Key Responsibilities:
* Submit and process record requests
* Greet and check in/out clients at the front desk
* Answer and direct incoming calls; transfer calls appropriately
* Manage new client intake, audits, and scheduling
* Collect client payments and maintain financial records
* Handle administrative duties including faxing, scanning, printing, shredding, and filing
* Maintain tidiness and supplies in the lobby
* Follow opening and closing procedures daily
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a medical, behavioral health, or insurance-based office preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly dependable and self-directed with strong time management
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with EMR systems, email, and office equipment
* Committed to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information
* Must be able to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
